Barbie Fairytopia Dolls

What barbie doll is this?

One thing is for sure, it is not the Mariposa or fairytopia barbie.

It had wings like a butterfly and a hook on its back.
You could twist the back with something (i think) and hook the “hook” to an object and it would go.
the 2 most distinct things i remember were the hook and the wings.
It was before 2005 if that helps
Now i remember that the “hook” was shaped like a butterfly

I believe it was Sky Dancer, she spun up into the air she was a very cool doll
